At Stündenglass, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury fashion purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in original packaging.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original designer packaging and include all tags and certificates of authenticity to ensure a full refund.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
